Hjemmelaget Sjokolade med Rismalt Sirup til Påske

Nå kan du lager din egen sjokolade til Påske. Det er lett og deilig. Varer til hjemmelaget sjokolade finnes du hos Doce Vika. Oppskriftet lages med rismalt sirup som er fri fra fruktose men du kan bruke honning, lønnesirup, kokosukker, erythritol eller agavesirup.

Hjemmelaget Sjokolade med Rismalt Syrup, Gojibær & Cashew Nøtter

Ingredienser:

100g økologisk kakao masse
50g økologisk kakao smør
30g økologisk ekstra jomfru kokosolje
1 ts økologisk bourbon vanilje pulver
4-5 ss Clearspring Rismalt Sirup (Rice Malt Syrup)
Økologisk gojibær
Økologisk Cashewnøtter
Klipp salt hvis du vil

Fremgangsmåte:

Smelt kakao masse, kakaosmør og rismalt sirup i vannbad og visp god. Tilsatt inn kakaopulver og visp god. Tilsatt vanilje pulver, kokosolje og salt og visp godt sammen. Hell sjokoladen i konfektformer og tilsatt noen gojibær og cashew nøtter biter. Sett formene i kjøleskap til den har stivnet. Oppbevares kaldt til servering.

Cold January days are just perfect if we can drink loads of delicious teas and tasting some chocolate. This week we are serving some Hari Tea and Valrhona dark chocolate pearls to all the clients that come to the store... I am totally in love with Hari Teas, all flavors... specially the blending Face The Moment which mixes rose hip, rose petals, hibiscus and spices. It is so good, really really good. I must advice that every single person who has tried these teas, buy them.

Vi har fått inn dem uka iChoc økologisk sjokolade plater med fire smak varianter. iChic Sjokolade er produsert i Tyskland av Vivani Sjokolade og har akkurat samme høy kvalitet som Vivani men høyere inneholder av melk. iChoc kommer i plater av 40g.

Venchis Giandujotto, eller gianduiotto, hos Doce Vika

Jeg er veldig glad i gianduja, eller gianduia, det fantastisk blanding av sjokolade og hasselnøtter, derfor jeg er kjempe glad at vi har Venchis giandujotti hos Doce Vika. Jeg bare sier at du trenger å prøve giandujotto (giandujotti på plural på Italiensk) fordi det er verdens best gianduia sjokolade.




Vi har Giandujotto antica ricetta, eller gianduiotto, det traditionelt Italiensk sjokolade laget med kakao, sukker og hasselnøtter fra Piedmont region. Poser inneholder 250 gram (circa 32 konfekt) av Venchis Giandujotto Antica recetta og er pakket i grønt foliepapir. Gianduiotto er en tradisjionell sjokolade fra Torino og inneholder minimum 32% av Piedmont's hasselnøtter.

Men vi også har Giandujotto fondent ripieno. Giandujotto fondent ripieno er dyppet i mørk sjokolade med 56% kakao fra Ecuador. Poser inneholder 250 gram (circa 32 konfekt) av Venchis Giandujotto fondent ripieno pakket i gullfarget foliepapir.

Giandujotti ble først lagd i 1865. Det å blande hasselnøttdeig i sjokolade kom da import av kakao fra Sør-Amerika ble ekstremt vanskelig og dyrt. Kakaoen ble så veldig kostbar at lokale sjokoladeprodusenter fra Piedmont begynte å blande biter av ristede hasselnøtter i sjokoladen for å få den billigere. Hasselnøtter var lett å få tak i, siden de dyrkes lokalt i Piemont.
